one of the greenest buildings in Europe...

...In Liverpool? Yes, in Liverpool!

Today I had the pleasure to meet Bob Prattey. He is the chief executive of the arena
and convention centre Liverpool. He talked about his career and about the arena industry.

I am impressed by the economic impact and regenerative influence of ACC Liverpool. And all designed with the most energy efficient and environmentally- friendly criteria.

I can just say well done ACC, well done Liverpool.

And of course thanks to Bob Prattey.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY...

…in school we learn that every year has 365 days and February is the shortest month.
Is that right?

I don’t think so. Because this year has 366 days and maybe we should think about using this extra day sensibly. Maybe think about issues you may ignore or forget in our daily routine. Think about the future and about the environment. How can we make this world a better place?

Anyway everybody who celebrates their birthday today, I hope you have a fantastic day.

Happy Birthday.

This is new...

…New things are always new, uncommon and at least a bit strange. This blog is new to me. I had problems to log in.  The new things are threat for us, even if it is necessary.

So what is new out there?

Liverpool, I’m in Liverpool and I’m reading about BAMBOO CLOTHING. Amazing. BETTER FOR YOU, BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT! Clothes made out of bamboo. It sounds strange and interesting at the same time. I knew that panda bears eat bamboo. But I had no idea that you are able to make clothes out of bamboo. WOW.

Bamboo sells technical wear you can live in. Clothes for any sport activity. Fitness, expedition wear, climbing, biking, walking, winter sport and kayaking.

So next time you go on an expedition to the Himalaya and you wear bamboo clothes you will say: “Wow, my clothes are made out of this plant!”

So I say hello to a new and impressive clothing brand and finish my first blog with YES WE CAN!
