What
is the CIPR? What are the benefits of being a member?
Erin
Portsmouth has got more than 10 years experience working in PR and
communications. She is working for NHS Trafford and is also chair of the
CIPR in the North West.
Erin
visited Liverpool John Moores University today and introduced the first year PR
students to the Chartered Intitute of Public Relations.
The CIPR was established in 1947 and has got 10.000 members. The institute is about advocate and making a voice of the PR profession. It is about "supporting your career journey."
Members profit by extra qualifications, training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD). Other great benefits are contacts, support and the network you receive.
I am convinced that a membership with the CIPR will help and
support you in your PR career.
I signed up today!
Thanks Erin.
